Audi 01J and 01T units may chatter on acceleration and exhibit push belt and pulley surface damage due to wear in the volumetric flow control valve bore. Wear in this bore allows critical pressure escape that prevents correct pulley control. Reconditioning the bore and installing Sonnax oversized volumetric flow rate kit 33741B-04K renews crucial clearances and restores normal hydraulic operation.
